How do I place an order?
Choose an item and size, add them to your bag and send the summary by WhatsApp or email. The atelier confirms availability, shipping and the total before payment.
How do I pay?
After your order is confirmed, you receive the bank details for payment by bank transfer. Card and PayPal are not yet available.
Can I customise an item?
Yes. Describe your idea to the atelier: feasibility, timing and price are confirmed before work begins.
How much is shipping?
The cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and are confirmed in writing before payment.
Can I return an item?
For non-customised items, the withdrawal conditions on the Shipping & returns page apply. Clearly personalised items may fall within the statutory exception.
