Shipping & returns
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Destinations
Shipping in Italy is available subject to product and address confirmation. EU and non-EU destinations are evaluated individually before payment. No international order is binding until the atelier confirms that it can ship to the requested destination.
2. Costs and timing
Shipping costs, carrier and estimated delivery time are communicated in writing in the order summary before payment. Made-to-order and customised items may require additional production time, also confirmed in advance. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific essential deadline is expressly accepted in writing.
Complete with standard rates and average delivery times after the courier and served countries have been selected.
3. Delivery and checks
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. On receipt, visibly damaged packaging should be noted to the carrier and reported promptly to the atelier, preferably with photographs. This practical request does not limit statutory consumer rights.
4. Withdrawal return
To exercise withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement within 14 days of receiving the item to miremelia@gmail.com, quoting the order details. After receiving instructions and the return address, send the item within the following 14 days. The customer bears the direct return cost unless otherwise agreed. Do not send goods before receiving the correct return address.
5. Personalised items
The statutory withdrawal exception may apply to made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods. Any exclusion is communicated and accepted in writing before production begins. Defective or non-conforming personalised items remain covered by the legal guarantee.
6. Exchanges, defects and refunds
A size exchange may be agreed subject to stock availability and does not replace the statutory right of withdrawal. For an alleged defect or incorrect item, contact the atelier promptly with photographs. Valid refunds are processed within statutory time limits; the atelier may wait until the returned goods or proof of dispatch is received where permitted.
7. Customs
For non-EU orders, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may apply. Their allocation and any known amount will be stated before payment; charges imposed directly by foreign authorities or carriers may depend on the destination’s rules.
